ok so i'm currently conditioning my 2 barbs for breeding and the female has this tube thing protruding from her belly tried to get a pic of it, is some sort of breeding tube? do barbs even get breeding tubes??

Oh my goodness. I am so happy for you. I love it when anything I have breeds, it means that I am doing my job and making them happy. I just got 4 male cherry barbs and 6 female cherry barbs for my sons tank. I hope I can make them as happy. Let us know how it goes for you. :thumb:

ok iv decided to breed my tiger barbs can any1 tellme whens the best time to put the female into the breeding tank? or do i put her in any time the tanks ready and feed her with rec food for few days wait for her to fill with eggs plz hlp.
