Steve Irwin AKA the Crocdile Hunter was said to be killed instantly when a large stingray barb punctured through his chest and through his heart, he is believed to have died from cardiac arest, and by the time the parametics got to him he was already dead, people are debating weather it was the puncture or the poison that killed Steve but assured the crocodile hunter has past on

I used to watch his shows all the time. My daughter thinks he's the crazy crocodile guy! We loved watching him. I wonder what his family will do now? Will they stay and continue running his zoo? So sad.

May he rest in peace.

I have watched his shows and did learn some things here and there but he did mess around with alot of the animals and well sorry to say but he had it comming I hope his fammily will move on and I hope they countinue runnning their zoo. I think this is a good example to show young crocadile keepers and other keepers of dangerous animales(my grandfather is one) that animals can and will sometimes try to attack people

May he rest in peace

I just hope that however he died he realized how important a person he was for the animal kingdom. He changed many people's thoughts and ideas of many animals. He led a good life and his family should be proud!

He was a good guy and i enjoyed watching his show, i agree with NorthernBoy in the fact that he probably changed a lot of people's perspective on wildlife. Hopefully his death was instant.. RIP

it couldnt have been to instant based on the fact that he removed the barb from the ray with his own bare hands, then collapsed

That's an awful thought!!! I have much sympathy and empathy for his family going through this with the spotlight on them. Especially his daughter...I hear the show he was filming was for her. Why can't the media at least let people grieve alone. Media Bastards! Especially FOX!

i just hope they dont end up broadcasting the film of his death. I don't think they would, but just in case. That would be awful.
Steve has definately changed my perspective onwildlife, especially the way he was so positive about everything. He was a role model to all, fans or not. Everyone learned a lot from steve.
RIP STEVE

Ive seen the commercial for him. I think it is a nice tribute, not too overdone, and it shows enough respect.
