How to theif

I found a theif link in the shop menu, but what is it for? I clicked on it, and it and a message came up saying the action i was trying to perform was not found. What does the teif button do and how do I use it?

you used to be able to jack points from other people, and it worked like 1/10 tries and if you didnt succesfully theif they got your points, but we disabled that option
