i want to get a albino pure white convict but will it breed with my boy striped or not. i just wanted to know in case i get a female and my judgement is wrong that it is a male.

I have a pure white male, not albino, as the eyes are black, and it has bred with a striped female, all the fry was striped, but I have read that if the female is the white one, the fry should be mixed, unsure if this is true though.

As far as I know it is not X-linked so the gender of the white parent should not affect the proportions in the offspring, the genetics of each parent will affect the offspring. Depending on the genetics you can get a mix or all black.
