It does say for highly lit tanks. How do you dose if you are not running 4 watts per gallon? Like......2 watts?

That's those 'EI' folks I was telling you about, Hobbsy. They really make growing plants harder than it actually is.

Yeah the estimative index method is just a headache... if you've been a fishkeeper for a long time I always say just go with your instincts - you can see yourself what is needed & when ... some people really over complicate the whole plants in the tank which is such a huge shame as it scares people off when it really is not that hard...

Yes they do! They love to confuse you so they have you in the palm of their hand wasting money on what they recomend you to have and to do, but I wish they would just make things simple as they should be.

I was just reading about that. I guess the name has changed too but it's a once a week fert. Sounds easy!

They recommend no nitrates or phosphates. Sounds like a plan to me!
