What are some fish that can get down to 32 degrees Feirinheit/ 0 degrees celcius and be fine. I have Koi in there already.

normal goldfish but other than that maybe catfish that are native to lakes and streams nearby or sunfish,pearch.

well it depends on depth of the pond but most area fish like boston said area fish should be able to live in it
