I have paradise fish that was all grey with some off set color. It usually gains or looses color every other week or so. However, for the past 2 weeks he has been all normal (little color) on his front side and colored alot on his tail half. Any Ideas what is going on and how I can make him all colored.
I'll get some pictures up this weekend.

I feed Brine Shrimp and Flakes. The temperature is at 76°F. The pH is at 7.4.

Nice picture but this is just the oddest thing. Looks like you hung onto his tail and dipped him in bleach.
I use color enhanced food but that sparks up dull color. Nothing like this.

I lost a dwarf gourami last night. I noticed some fin rot on him yesterday that had only just started on him so I put him in the hospital tank and treated him with Melafix. Didn't work. I have lost more dwarf gourmai's than anything else. Infact, have lost no other varities.

I am posting in regards to that half colored paradise fish you have. What has happened to it and is it OK still? I know you posted the picture a month ago but was so interested in what caused this odd color loss.
