I'm debating whether to get one of not.

yes, they do. very good algae eater. when they are larger, they may knock over corals that are not fixed with epoxy

Yep they are but sadly even though their name states TOURBO they an`t fast at all. lol

When they run out of algae they starve very quickly and must be provided with dry macro-algae like nori or prepared algae leaves every day. That's especially vital given the size of your tank, Fenix, because a dead snail in such a small container can pollute it to the point that everything dies. Given that, Turbos are great snails, but their dietary needs must be met to enjoy them.
Also, if hermit crabs are lacking a new shell when they grow, they'll pull a snail right out of its shell, killing it, and taking the shell for the crab's self.
