pond fish question

my pond fish dont really come out as much during the day and at night you can spy and see them swimmingat the top when boils down to it how do you get the fish to come out and feed upon your fish food

You have to make the fish feel secure in the tank. You can add some plants and additional hiding places to help make it a secure environment.

Moving about in the area if the pond can also help them get used to the pond and people around it.
