If they are common plecos, they will reach between 18 and 24 inches, depending on the species being marketed as commons. Yes, you CAN keep discus with plecos, but trade those two in as they get too large and boisterous for Discus. You'd be better off with a trio of bristlenose at 5 inches or four or five Peckoltia at between 3 and 4 inches.
I wonder, is your tank planted? Discus and plecos do better in a planted tank. I am assuming, however, that your tank is of sufficient size to keep five full grown Discus and a number of five inch plecos.

They won't be small forever. The Discus will grow steadily and reach eight inches in a year. The plecos will grow quicker; six inches every four to six months. Your tank is a decent size, and the plants will help a good deal with the water quality, but you must be aware of the size the fish will attain and the amount of waste (especially the common plecos) will produce.

Your tank is 33 US gallons. Too small for five adult discus, much less the common plecos. Something in the range of 75 US gallons would be appropriate.

...and you need 150gal+ for common plecos- they can get 2 feet long.

if you upgraded to a 75g dwarf plecos are a option, just make sure that the pleco does not chase the discus to "suck" on their sides for food
