Hole in the head cure

I used this to cure my Oscar when he got hole in the head. Tell me if you have had success with it. And any other cures for it that you have had success with.

Step 1: If possible Hospitalize the Oscar
Step 2: turn the temp to 82-84 degrees F
step 3: Add some aquarium salt
step 4: add a broad ranged medicine like tetracyne
step 5: feed a broad range of foods becuase Hole in the head is caused by lack of nutrients

When I saw the article posted here, as well, I unstickied it there. I will sticky it yet again but wonder if this needs to here twice.

i have sucess with just clean water. my oscar has never had the disease but my severum was abused when i got it and had HITH. i just did daily 25% water changes and in a week his forehead was a normal green
