Hi all
I am A Newbie To This Forum And Ive Just Started Fish Keeping Again After A few years. i have a juwel60 tank 24x16x12 with juwel filter and heater that came with the tank. its been set up for a week with gravel and plants no fish yet.temp 24/75 to 26/79 light on 9 hours a day.
the problem is the water its gin clear from top to bottom, but on the suface there is white particules i just dont no where they are coming from.i was brought up with fish tanks so i no how to clean the gravel and stones etc. the internal filter is a juwel which uses different foams and pads. could/do thease leave floating particles on the surface..? ive never used this type of filter berfore. help james. :(
