Loach Illness?

I can't tell if my clown loach is sick or not it seems to not be as active and kinda bloated looking and its eyes look a little bugged out. it is kinda pale but it's been that way since i got it a couple years ago. Just womdering if any body had any idea what might be wrong?

The first pic is the healthy loach the next 2 show the eyes of the one i think is ill and the white ring around them plus it just dosn't seem to be acting right.

Look like it might have pop eye. can be treated with a number of meds such as Maracyn, Penicillin, and Tetracycline. Aquarium salt might help but I would recommend something stronger as both eyes are infected.

Melafix will not fix this particular problem. Your loach does have pop eye which usually is due to a bacterial infection. You definately need to treat him as William suggested. Even then, it may be too late but may help the others from the same fate.
