Green thing on goldfishes tail

There's a green bug-like object on my goldfishes tail. I'm sure it's some kind of parasite, but we're not sure what it is. It's about a centimeter long and has visible clear legs. I've looked it up on google and found something called salmincola but can't find any information pertaining to my situation. Does anyone know what it might be and how to treat it?

Couldn't you just use a twicer to remove it if it is that big and has visable legs?

1 cm, not about a half cm? either way just net the fish and pull off the parasite or treat with coppersafe.
