I read that Skunk Cleaner Shrimp will work and I'll probably get one of those.
A hermit crab as well.
What do you guys think are good lobsters?

There are several shrimp you can choose from, also several varieties of hermit crabs.
The skunk cleaner shrimps are the prettiest in my opinion.

Blue-leg hermits (Clibanarius tricolor) are small enough for a 10 and are very common in the reef hobby. They need macro and micro algae to thrive, though they do eat detritus. You'd need a couple empty shells laid around when he grows, so he'll be able to find a new home. The blue-leg hermits reach about an inch long. About six of them would be OK for your tank. Scarlet reef hermits (Paguristes cadenati) get a half-inch bigger than the blue leg guys.
