fluffy white things on oscars

as u can see the title i got these fluffy white things on my 2 oscars 1 is like covering its whole body one has got only sum. but 1 oscar has nothing they are with a barcoo grunter and 5 gold severums others dont have n e thing.

tank size? filtration? water change schedule? water parameters? its a fungus and you need a medication for body fungus. what temp? how big is everyone?
