Though the common bristlenose is pretty much a Vegan fish, they will take meaty foods when they can get them, as in nature its very rare that they find anything meaty.
Its OK if he gets them once in a while, like once every week or two, but if its regular, the worms are too rich for his system and usually causes kidney failure and death.

wow thanks dave i thought it was very odd as i thought bristle noses on ate algae, i only feed that tank blood worms once a week ,

it is the 3ft that gets them every 2nd day and that is only cause of the bumble bee,
thanks for the advice
i am a bit worried
