you need to get the goldfish out of there. for fantails you want 20 gallons (80L) for one and at least an extra 10 gallons (40L) for every additional goldfish. fantails' bodies (fins not included) can be about fist size.

oh! well ive had these ones in there since they were about a Australian 20cent coin size and theyve always been in this tank and they seem fine because of the odly shaped tank they have nothings but room around them whent hey swim

if it is that small it is way too small. how fast are they growing? i had an oranda go from maybe ping pong ball to slightly over baseball size in about 6 months. they dont all grow that fast but unless yours are growing well you cant say they are fine, they are probably already permanently stunted.

well i had them in a 4 foot 55 gal tank for over a year and a half and they stopped growing at the size they are now

how big are they now? remember that its not just tank size that determines growth, its water chemistry. many fish will go through growth spurts when smaller to get up to a certain size (allows them to get out of the very small and very vulnerable stage in the wild) and then start to grow much more slowly. 20 liters is about 5 gallons, good enough for the betta, but i dont think anything else should be in less than a 10 gallon, not even the white clouds. but defnitely not any type of goldfish. the 2 should have their own 30 gallon.

if u mean tmpreture then that is no problem as i can easily plug a water heater in because where the pond is going there is an old power source from our old garden lights

sounds bigger, if its that small its not really big enough for longbodied goldfish.

when you said it sounds bigger i did the calculations to get how many gallons there were and it was 175 not 40 or 50 im not sure how i got that but it is infact 175 gals

than thats big enough for a small school of longbodied goldfish.

longbodied goldfish, ranchu is just about the opposite. you want hardy longbodied, not roundbodied fantails. ranchus are not very hardy as far as goldfish are concerned anyways.
