Lowering Fin nipping in tiger barbs

Is there a way to lower the fin nipping that tiger barbs enjoy? I like tiger barbs but cant keep then because of the fin nipping enjoyments.

If you have more than 10 then the nipping goes down to nearly zero as they are so busy with each other
