Power goes out

We hardly ever have the power go out during a storm around here, but if it were to we don't know what to do. What do YOU do? We don't have a generator to act as a backup but we were thinking of getting a small one just in case.

Get a generator, it will save you money, most likely in just one incident.

I lost my power for 21 hours. Fortunately it wasn't during the winter. If it had been, I would have wrapped my tanks in blankets. Foam would work but seldom do we just happen to have it around waiting for us to use.

There are battery powdered air pumps sold that are less than $20 and run for about 12 hours. They'd come in handy for transporting fish as well.
