Here is a program I made that tells you the volume of a tank. It works just like the calculator on this site but I made this one myself. I do a little programming but I'm not serious about it. Anyways, just open to see how you like it and if you like it feel free to save it and use it anyway you like.

Yeah, I thought about doing that before I posted. It would only take a minute.

Ok, In this version you can also convert gallons to liters and liters to gallons.I realize there is already one on this site but I just thought I'd share mine. I could also make it where you can calculate the volume of a cylindrical aquarium or whtever shape have you. Just let me know.

Does your program still exist? The links don't work. I was writing a similar calculator for my store when I came across this post. I'd be curious to see your approach.

You could also set up an excel spreadsheet. Very, very easy to do.

Way better than the old fashioned way of seeing how many milk jugs of water will fit in the tank.

Yesyes, we are aware of the calculator on this site. However I've found myself needing an offline version at times. And much like Ironhead, I'm a hobbyist programmer. Writing a program is more fun than writing a spreadsheet.

it is not always safe to click on a link that is an .exe file. you never know.

Much better than doing it by hand.
