I was wondering what you need to breed red oscars? I have two red oscars and they are always swimming together and they never leave each other. How big do they need to be in order to breed them? Thanks! :?

Oscars are quite hard to breed and fishes wimming togheter ni no quarantine that they are couple. Some fishes just like each others company.

Oscars usually have to be 18 cm /7 inches before they breed but age is more imprtant than size.

Is there an easy way that I can sex an oscar? Are there any body features that I could use to tell if they are a male or female? Thanks!

no there are no easy way to sex oscars. how used to sexing cichlids are you?
