Well another "got a cute" thread!! http://qsmile.com/qsimages/39.gif
i got that Severum and this Flowerhorn from a friend. this flowerhorn was bought by one of my FH-pro friends some months ago ( but kept by another ) and he knows what to choose, so i anticipate this one would be great if i prepare a good condition for him.
fortunately he likes my frozen mix which contains lots of beta carotene stuff ( carrot and spinach are good sources ) it helps fish get really nice colors. FH color absolutely depends on its food and water conditions. even the color of gravels, decoration and background effects on its color in long term. using colorful gravels is a way to help it get better colors!
the important matter is it should be from a good race to fulfil all these terms.
seems he has the potential to do it. he will be really AWESOME with vibrant golden, red and violet colors. hope he gets it! he has signs of them.
also i have an option to pair him with my female red devil ! http://qsmile.com/qsimages/285.gif
now hes separated with a glass divider to grow that big hump on the head.
