I'm lost

hi all,
I recently lost one of my tiger barbs, he got stuck between the filter and the tank. :(
Now the Blue Ram is terrorizing the other tiger barb & the guppy. :evil: But he's not going after the Gold fishes.
Are Ram aggressive? Why is he doing this?

I bought a new fish and I don't what type of fish he is, the girl at the pet store didn't know either.
He has the body of a Sword Tail, he's red with black and white stripe down the center of his body from head to tail, any clue :?: :?:
