So the goldfish died a while ago. Suddenly and without any warning. Still not sure what happened there.

So, I am left with 11 white clouds and last weekend added 2 paradise fish. I really think I want to add some corys but obviously need to raise the temp first.

So the question becomes how to raise the temp safely. I think raise it by a degree or two weekly for about 2 weeks or so until I hit around 75. It is at 69-70 right now.

Thoughts/suggestions?

Any idea why I started each mini-paragraph with "so?" :c12:

With Ick when I raise the temp safely I raise it by 1 degree every 3 hours (I raise it 5 degrees in total) and I have not had any problems doing it this way... curious also what other people do...

I just raised the temp. in my old goldfish tank (the upstairs one) over 2 days...I already had cories in there...and they were fine after that as well...

btw...I seem to start most of my posts with 'Well...'

You don't have to take it that slow, but if you are in no rush, then no rush.

you dont have to go really slow, just slowly add some warm water over 3-4 hours.
