What can I do? This fall my pond turned brown from leaves. (Even though I used a net, some leaves got in.) Any suggestions, solutions?

Not sure there is going to be much you can do for this, but I am by no means a pond expert. I do know that a lot of people put fine netting over their ponds when the leaves start to fall so as to avoid this problem.

Thanks. I did a bad job of it the first time.
I will replace the water over the next few weeks.

Hmm...having a little browness in the water shouldn't be a problem. Water is brown or are you having brown algae? What fish are you keeping in there?

Well, if you can, try to pull out any leaves that are still floating around decomposing in there. A good net with medium mesh may allow you to trawl through and get lots of them out without having to do a complete water change.
I personally wouldn't do complete water changes for ponds.

See if you can get some "water clearing" cystals you can put in that will make the water very clear, eg. http://www.pondsupplies.com.au/pondshop/product.php?productid=16386&cat=264&page=1

This is not algae. I have 14 shubunkins in their first winter.
Th epond is clearing up.
I am removing all leaves that I can get.

Do you run carbon in your pond filters? If you do, they'll eliminate the tannins the leaves are leaching into the water. If you do and it's still brown, its time to replace the carbon.

I am not using carbon filters, just a very large bog (natural filter) with weed paper, gravel, plants. This works well, and the pond is clearing.
