Had all dwarfs gourmai's and they were doing fine in a bigger tank with lots of others. I put them alone, together in my 20 gallon to keep the tank cycled and now they are going at it.

So.....too many males together is not a successul arrangement.

Yup, that's what I found, too.

Personally I'm done with dwarf gouramis. I have poor luck with them over the long haul.

I also think that you have too many males. You should probably have a ratio of 1 male to 3 females. Or if you want you could just have one male. I only have one male blue opaline gourami. Of course thogh hes scared of the brichardi which im gonna move him to the tank im getting for Christmas. Good Luck!

i completely agree with lady hobbs.
too many males together is definelty not a good idea.
If dwarf are too agressive you could try honey gouramis. They aren't as colorful but are slighly more peaceful than dwarfs.

LOL They are on my &%^$$^& list just for that.
