joaquin, I have moved your post to it's own thread rather than it getting buried at the bottom of someone elses. But there are many, many kinds of catfish. You will probably have to post a picture for proper ID.

There are also several sites online of catfish pictures, etc, and you may find there what you are looking for.

I can't see the little picture but when I was trying to ID my cory I found a lot of good pics that helped on planetcatfish.com. It might take some looking but you'll probably find a match there.

Can't see the picture. Try this to insert a picture:
1. Set up a photobucket account (free and easy).
2. Set the default photo size to 800x600.
3. Upload your pic to the photobucket site.
4. Link us here to the picture and we'll be able to help more!

Definitely sun cats, they can get pretty big. 16" max if I am remembering correctly. I would double check on fishbase.org but it is being very slow. That is the best site for accurate information on things like max size, natural water parameters, etc.
