How do you tell the gender of an Oscar.

As far as I understand the only true way to sex an oscar is to view the genitalia, that is behind the anus. The female would have a small opening, the male a small appendage. There may be other ways, but that's all I know about this.

lol, thats a good one. i have no idea what sex my oscar is even, i think my pacu is female. i wish the oscar was a male so i could somehow cross breed them making poscars!
