I am new to marine tanks, so I have taken it simple. I have a 20gal tank and have stocked it with 2 Clown Fish. I checked the salinity of the water, and that is correct. I set the Ph to 8.2 and the temp is in the lower to mid 70's. My question is, one of the fish is very active and one of the fish just kind of hangs out at the bottom and seems very lethargic. Do they just have different personalities, or is there something wrong with the lethargic fish>

If you just got the fish they still may be getting used to the tank.
From what I have realized clown fish are some of the funniest acting fish out there. They have the weirdest personalities. Take a look at them at night when they are sleeping. Mine sleeps upside down at the surface.
