I’ve had Ares for a while now, and when I first got him he got finrot, which has long been cured, but his fins still haven’t grown back in [emoji17]

I feel like they never will, though it doesn’t really matter since I love him all the same [emoji10]

Just wanted to know if that’s a normal thing? Finrot was here and dealt with almost a year ago now, and my tank parameters are always good [emoji1305]

that's normal for fins that have been damaged. You can trim the fins if you want to promote new, more even growth. Trim only the soft fin parts. Betta breeders in Asia do this regularly prior to selling the fish.

Haha I think I’m way to scared and shaky to do that!

As long as he’s healthy I’m okay [emoji38]
