Here's another one I kept recently and liked, they only get 2.2" so a little smaller and have a great body pattern. The only drawback is; they don't like high temperatures. I didn't do enough research, 75F is as high as they like, I lost all 6 when the heater failed :(
I would like to try them again because as I said I really liked the body pattern.
Still pretty new to the trade 1983, not hard to find and reasonably priced.

I've got a group of five that I've had for a long time (I think I used to have seven), and I had only seen spawning activity once. I've been installing corner Mattenfilters on some of my tanks, which means I have to empty out the tanks to install braces for the Mattenfilters. I've used that as an excuse to move some fish around. I moved my loxozonus from a 40 gallon community tank for a 20 long, by themselves, and I've now had some spawning and collected some eggs, including some three days ago that haven't hatched yet (fingers crossed). To my surprise, they're spawning again today. Here's a low quality video.
