We have 2 dogs both crates are in the dinning room. We recently got a dinning room table and a hutch that was my wife's grandma's and grandpa's we had to move Molly's (black one) cage it is to the left just out of the picture. She hasn't quite figured out that the other cage is in fact her cage.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170328/becbf4498c370c5ce3aadd8ffb6fcbb5.jpg

Perhaps putting her treats inside the other cage and opening its door to entice her inside might help her realize that's still her cage. Sometimes they need to be shown a few times before they catch on. A change in routine can confuse a pet, for awhile. Then they become reconditioned to the new circumstances, and they do fine after that.

You just need a bigger cage....

She is playing dumb, if you see in the pic the door to that cage is blocking her path. When we 1st got them we taught them to open up their cages if the door was closed but not locked. She picked up on that real fast. She just doesn't like being back in the corner. It could quite possibly be she feels she can't protect us from back there. The only time they are in there is when we are at work. On the weekend we leave them out unless we are going to be gone all day.
