guppies have white spot

my guppie tank has white spot i treated with waterlife protozin and it cleared up the female guppy covered in spots (final dose due sat), however i have fry so had to half dose all the way, i have been keeping an eye on the tank, today a male guppy has quite a few spots. i need to do a water change 24 hrs after the last dose is given, do i half dose the same as before again? this is the first time my fish has been ill with anything, so unsure what to do next.

i would continue with doing half the recommended dose just to be sure it doesnt harm the fry

as the instructions i gave half a dose on day 1,2,3, then day 6 (today), i will need to do a water change so will wait 24 hrs (otherwise bad water conditions will harm them) . so after the water change should i repeat the 4 dose course again? is that what u meant?
