Here's one that I liked from the moment I saw it because....well most of you know I like small fish :hmm3grin2orange: This is one of the smallest rainbows but not as small as the "blue eyes" or Pseudomugil group. I unfortunately have never owned them myself but I can live vicariously through video's ;-)

I'm glad you enjoyed them, I'll post other vids with species that I personally like as this thread is underused IMO ;-)

I couldn't get the first video to play, but enjoyed the second one immensely. Thanks for sharing.
They look interesting -- sort of like their bodies have been stretched. I'd love to see you do a tank of these. They look great amongst lots of plants.

Ah yes. They are indeed.
They are very pretty, I can see why you will someday keep some of these. How large of a tank would you consider to be their minimum? I'm assuming they need a good long length?

I think a 40 would be a good start. One more video of them

Yep, you are making me want to set up a tank for some, too. (Please convince my husband that's just the ticket?)
I'm pleasantly surprised to see you say that a group of these would do well in a 40.
I do have a 40. Trouble is, it is occupied already with inhabitants I'm rather fond of. (pesky little details, right?) I need another tank -- don't we all?
Say, doesn't Nat have an empty tank....?
These are truly beauties. Someone here definitely needs a tank of them!

More tanks always thumbs2:
"Mr Rivers please the Mrs have another mid sized tank, please"
I don't know if that did any good but I tried ;-)

That should have read "Mr Rivers please let the Mrs have another mid sized tank, please"
