7 day old convict fry

my fry are now 7 days old now i have been feeding them baby brine shrimp twice a day they seem to be doing very well and growing fast.im not sure if i should be feeding twice a day or not. if anybody has any experience or other input i could use it since this is my first batch of fry to hatch

if you look really closely you should see a slight brown/reddish tone to their tiny bellies... if so you are feeing enough...if they are seethrough/white and not rounded then it is better to add a feeding

I feed my cichlid fry 4 -5 times a day with live brine shrimp but I guess it depends on the amount of fry and also the size of portions being fed so the belly check is the best way to find out.
