Normally I don't care for these videos. The ones I've seen use mostly packaged and processed ingredients - not my thing. This one I thought was worth a try. It was good. What I liked best was the potatoes were cooked perfectly.

Do you follow the recipe exactly, or improvise with it?

You know, I didn't follow it exactly and I probably should have. I didn't measure anything (and I only used 1 potato cut in half). The parmesan crust didn't stick to the potato. I think the butter:parmesan ratio was off. It was fine, I scooped it on top, but I think following the amounts would have helped. (It wasn't the rest time - I did follow that part)
