We were looking thru a book and saw these really nice fish-kribs. Can any one tell me more about them? Thanks. :lol:

Kribs are hardy beginner cichlids. They grows to be about 4 inches (can grow bigger but seldom do) and most specimens in aquariums are smaller than that. They are easy to breed and accept most types of food.

They can usually be kept in community tanks as long as the tank don't contain fragile species.

what else do you want to know.

That was pretty much all. Do they cost much? We are looking for a cheap fish and they look really nice. Thanks William.

No. They are usually quite cheap and it is easy to tell the sex which amkes it easy to buy a pair.
