so i have 15 1-1.5 inch goldfish in my tank right now and the water temp is sitting at 72.5 without the heater turned on.

i don't know if i can cycle at that temp, or how well i can also i have tested the ammonia levels and have not gotten any traces of ammonia but the kit is quite old and my new one hasn't arrived yet. but i think it works cause i put a drop of pure ammonia in the tube after the test and it went rather yellow.

so the fish went in Wednesday night, are all healthy as can be but my biggest question is can i put in ammonia from the bottle to help cycle without risking fish health?

If you don't want to harm the fish, then you want to keep the ammonia level low. Adding ammonia will work against the goal of not harming the fish. Unfortunately, keeping the ammonia level low will also make the cycle take longer.

15 goldfish will make a ton of ammonia on their own in no time, i would most definately NOT add liquid ammonia to the tank.

Me neither. You don't want the fish to die before they have done what they're there to do.
