feeding Oscar chicken

hi, could anyone tel me if its ok to give a Oscar a little cooked chicken once in a while? i did give my young Oscar a small peice yesterday and he loved it, but dont want to do anything that will make him sick, although he eats worms and crickets ,,,, yuck lol, thanks.
