Hey there,
I setup my tank with plants and ornaments today, and I was wondering if someone could help me identify a plant I bought at the aquarium.

The had it listed as "Purple Waffle" but from looking up the purple waffles its not one of those.

I'll try and describe it as best I can, please excuse my lack of technical tems

The plant has 'crinkly' edged leaves, the top side of each leaf is green, the bottom a burgandy purple. The largest leaf is approx. 9cms (3.5 inches) long and 1cm (.4 inches) wide. There is a small flower bud on one of the stems, the flower seems to be white and is about .5 cm long and a few mm wide.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks ^_^

Sounds like a Cryptocoryne or an Aponogeton, most likely the later. Har to say which species without seeing the plants.
