i am dreaming about getting a 6 to 8 ft marine tank
my hubby wants a moray eel and i want dory and nemo LOL

i want to fill it full of exotic marine fish oh thats the dream

A dream tank? Wow, so many possibilities. Realisticlly though, I'd like to eventualy get a 90g Tanganikyia tank, with a nice sandy bottom, lots of flat rock work and a metal halide light to give the water a nice natural shimmer effect.

I'm thinking:
5-6 Pumkinseed sunfish
20 Iowa darters
20 Shiners (mix of emerald and gold shiners)
20 Redbelly dace and Lemon Dace
10 Crayfish

I want one of my walls to be an aquarium!! Probably 700-1000g+ range. I would put thousands of neons in it to school. I would have synodontis catfish such as the featherfin in it also to add to the bottom and have about 5 pairs of Green Severums. Maybe a small batch of african butterfly fish also or hatchets.

I want a 600 gallon planted and hardscaped show tank with lots of interesting loaches and/or plecos, and 2 giant gouramies, and a 3D background.

Mine varies a lot, but my current freshwater selection would be:

- Green Severums
- German Blue Rams
- Pictus Catfish
- Clown Loaches
- Some kind of Gouramis

Of course, the bigger then better on tank size and my stock would increase accordingly.

For SW, my dream is just to have one. :sbiggrin:

There are alot of these threads, and I always answer differently.

Here is just one of mine that I would like to have realistically:

125 Gallon

1x Oscar

Sand substrate
Large peice of driftwood in the middle
Scattered rocks
A few Amazon swords for him to destroy
A rock cave or two.
