Gph and filtration

When it comes to keeping Dwarf Cichlids in a 75 gallon, how much filtration and gph should I be targeting?

That would depend on the type of dwarf. The dwarf humphead from west africa would need fast flowing water, but most others don't care.
Go for 10 times the tank size, so 750 GPH.
