Heres my 5 Gallon Grow-Out tank. Not much of a grow-out tank, but it works for what I have in there at the moment (6 Tiger Barbs).
Excuse the poor background, its just printer paper, but with my dek moved the curtains behind it are DARK, combined with the black gravel make it VERY gloomy in there >.>

After the holidays are over I'm planning on getting a larger tank for the Barbs and (hopefully) turning the 5-gallon into a mini reef. Hopefully >.< I've seen the price tag on some of them.

Nice tank, except that bamboo isn't an aquatic plant, it's often sold as one but it will rot, you can grow the roots in water but can't submerge the whole thing. It's called lucky bamboo and is actually a type of draceana. I'd just put it in a pot with moist potting soil.

How long does it take, because this was sold by Petsmart as an aquatic plant (not that their usually right), but I've had a larger piece in my 26 gallon for going on 6 months. Its still growing and hasnt rotted one bit. I actually had to trim it back so it didn't come out completelly.
