Hi

I have a talking catfish in a tank with tetras I have had him for 2 years and he has always been peaceful apart from the last 2 months when it has eaten 4 of my tetras. I am currently cycleing a 115 litre tank which I am going to transfer the catfish into.
Does anyone know what fish I can keep in this size tank with the cat?
I have been told so much conflicting information I dont know what to get!
Fish ive been told to keep/not to keep with the cat in this size tank are:
Angelfish,gourmais,cichlids,barbs,fantails,and mollys
My brain is bleeding from too much info help!:sconfused:

If it's a talking catfish, just ask him who he'd like in the tank with him! :hmm3grin2orange:

they are also called raphael catfish or humbug catfish they are cool check them out

I have 2 Raphael Catfish in my 55 Gl tank with many tetras and have never had a problem with them attacking other fish. However you need to have a good hiding place for them as they are most comfortable during the day in a hiding spot that is dark. I have seen once or twice that if they do not have a good resting spot they can get aggressive while searching for one.

Their origin is Columbia so the dialect is probably hard to pick up lol.
