I found something odd..

Hello everyone,

I have two fish tanks, a 55 gallon, and a 10 gallon. I am still really a 'beginner' so I really only know the basics. In my 10 gallon, I have a betta, a few tetras, and a guppy who is being treated for fin rot. (His tail is growing back really well now). I haven't added any new fish in the 10 gallon in quite a while, the newest fish are the tetras that we got 3 weeks ago. The rest of the new ones all go to the 55 gallon tank. I did transfer another guppy from the big tank to the little tank a few days ago, who was sick. He died 2 days ago.
I woke up today, and found a snail in my 10 gallon. He's only a tiny thing, it doesn't even look like he has a shell. I can't figure out how he got there. I never had snails before.. Has anyone had anything similar happen to them?

have you added any plants from a tank in ur lfs?

No new plants, they are the same as they have always been.

well you never know it could have been in their a while..
you just haven't seen it before theirs a small snail in my tank which i'll see one day then wont see him again till a week later or more.

He probably was in there for a while, I am not sure how long it would take for an egg to hatch.. I better go read up on how to take care of snails :)

yeh im not sure either.. but i wouldn't worry about looking after it they'll pretty much look after themselves! :D
