Bn pleco breeding

Hey guys. I have 2 female BN plecos and 1 male. I have one female and male in a 20g with a cave along with 10 or so baby mollies. The other female is in my 55g.

When I introduced them, they chased each other and rubbed against each other. Since then, they don't hang out and they each usually hide behind the filter intake and heater. Will they breed in time, or should they have by now? It's been over a month now since I've had the male.

Good food, bits of shelter and some patience tends to do the trick.y If it doesn't then simulate the start of the rainy season. Don't do a water change for two weeks and lt the temp climb up a few degrees. Then do a big change with cool soft water.

One or both may just not be sexually mature yet. When they are, I found that they breed quite easily and often.
