the 70 watt fixture that came with my nano has 3 different lights on it. 2 LEDs (one white and one blue) and the main bulb. in the instructions, it says to leave the LED light on 24 hours, the dual actinic from around 7am-8pm, and the dual daylight from 8am-7pm. this may be a dumb question.... but which is the actinic of the bulbs? the blue LED or the white?
