View Full Version : Just lookin for some reinsurance on some products

i was hopin someone could advise me if a couple of products are good for a
10g nano reef.

first is for lighting, how is this one?

and the second is a protein skimmer,

would love to hear suggestions for anything better, but dont want to spend too much. Thx guys :)

i have a 70 watt version of that light and its pretty amazing. Current USA seems to make pretty good products. Word on the street is you dont need a skimmer for a nano :)

ok cool, but i thought you had to have a skimmer? can i really get away without it, or would it be better to have one anways?

skimmers are only needed on tanks 29g and up

just to clear this up, can low medium light corals go into a tank with that much light?

if the light is too strong for them you should put them in some shade under the LR
