What is this food, and is it actually worth being a supplement?

Cyclops are copepods - they are very small and ideal for dry or small fish - I buy it fresh frozen and feed it to my Boraras Maculatus as they are tiny fish... my fry get it also once they are a week old.

It is is too small for larger fish ... never ever feed it live as it is predatory to smaller fish and fish eggs.
